Several years ago, the founder of Funding Flips, drawing on 30+ years of experience leading a Top 100 Residential Mortgage Lending company, found himself in a unique position when a friend asked to borrow capital to flip an investment property. That loan for a friend sparked a journey that would ultimately lead to a growing business that’s empowered numerous entrepreneurs and currently funding more than 100 loans per year.

Motivated by the success of his friend’s venture, our founder enthusiastically extended his support to other friends and acquaintances who needed capital to fund their flips. With a deep expertise in residential lending, paired with a keen business sense, our founder helped more and more entrepreneurs realize tremendous success. Inspired to make a broader impact, he took a leap of faith. Funding Flips was born, expanding beyond personal connections to empower a diverse community of real estate investors.
